Hoy en Monapart Valencia toca hablar de un tema que está de actualidad en la Comunitat Valenciana: las viviendas de protección oficial o VPO. El pasado 28 de diciembre de 2018 se publicó en el DOGV (Diario Oficial de la Generalitat Valenciana) la Ley 27/2018, de medidas fiscales, de gestión administrativa y financiera y de organización de la Generalitat, que incluía una sorpresa que las agencias inmobiliarias de la comunidad no han encajado con mucha alegría. En virtud de la ley, las transmisiones de viviendas de protección pública quedan sujetas al derecho de tanteo y retracto por parte de la Generalitat.
