Monapart and the effectiveness of its marketing campaigns
An article published by InboundCycle reviews the best real estate marketing actions today, with special mention to Monapart and our emotional texts and videos.
Isabel Santiandreu published on 7 November in the Inbound Marketing blog a complete article on real estate marketing, in which all fronts are covered in detail: offline actions, content marketing (real estate blogs, ebooks, attractive copies...), infographics, podcasts, e-mail marketing and much use of video as a star tool nowadays, all using the loudspeaker of social networks as it should be.
In discussing the use of storytelling applied to the real estate sector, Santiandreu highlights the example of Monapart for our originality. Below is the full excerpt:
Don't fall into the cliché of "Great and bright flat at ....", give life to your texts! In real estate portals the image is the queen, that is clear. But you must attract with the image and seduce with the text.
In the end it's about people, not houses. So use storytelling and tell the story of that house or an anecdote that the owners have experienced that connects with future buyers, or talk about special moments that future buyers may experience.
And, of course, talk about the environment, describe what a day in that neighbourhood or area is like, what the neighbours are like or the activities you can do.
Here are some examples of Monapart real estate that I love for their originality. They specialise in "beautiful houses" and that sets them apart from the rest.

He also appreciates the use we make of storytelling in our Inmociones (see here for the full list of real estate on YouTube), videos that show the more personal side of the owner and their connection with their former home, which will make the future buyer identify with and value the intangibles of that #viviendabonita.
It's great to see how the passion we put into innovating in the real estate trade is so well received, and even more so by the experts! Read the full article: Real estate marketing: keys + 11 examples of effective campaigns.
