Vender una vivienda son 85 horas de trabajo sin importar si quedan repartidas en dos semanas o en seis meses. Dado que una persona que trabaje 40 horas semana y 48 semanas al año acumulará 1.920 horas laborables anuales, ¿por qué no vendemos todos (cada agente) 22 viviendas al año (1920/85)?

A real estate agent should be professional, knowledgeable about the local market, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be trustworthy, punctual, and actively listen to their clients' needs and preferences to find the best property or buyer.
