Somrie

Somrie was born in 2010 as a vital project of Enric Jiménez, who tired of the grey and pessimistic approach of the real estate sector, decided to invent a service focused exclusively on the homebuyer.

This is a sister project. And monaparters, in a sector such as real estate, is no mean feat. With Somrie We share the optimism that is imprinted in everything they do, starting with their name. We share their claim in favour of innovation in the real estate sector.

Somrie was born in 2010 as a vital project of Enric Jiménezwho, tired of the grey and pessimistic approach of the real estate sector, decided to invent a service focused exclusively on the homebuyer.

From this premise was born the Real Estate Personal Shoppera service based on three pillars around the idea of savings:

1. Saving time, by means of a market research and carrying out an exhaustive filter of what the client is really looking for and needs.
2. Saving money, always acting as an intermediary in favour of the buying client.
3. Saving headaches, by verifying with a technician the optimal conditions of each home.

For Enric, the lack of attention to the buying customer has for too long led to a situation of helplessness due to the dictatorship imposed by product demand. This fact makes it absolutely necessary to change the concept, prioritising the needs of the client, listening to them and letting them have their say. "Innovating in real estate, an immobilised sector in itself, has been a difficult task," says Enric, but he confesses that he has always had a somewhat rebellious vision of the sector and that defending the interests of clients has always been his main priority.

"Innovating in real estate, an already immobilised sector, has been a difficult task".

Enric is currently the president of the Spanish Association of Real Estate Personal Shoppers (AEPSI) whose purpose is to bring together all the companies at national level of Buyer's Agents or Personal Shoppers Real Estate, to join forces in the construction of a new and innovative service in real estate.

José Luís (founding partner of Monapart) and Enric have always shared many soMrisas. Here are some more...

Who would you like to find a home for? To José Luís Echeverría...

In the 1980s E.T. said: "My house, telephone", what would he say today? E.T. today would say: "Airplane, Whats App"...

What is an inmosaurus? Immosaurs are all those immobilised real estate companies that do not want to grow and know that their cycle is over but are still going strong.

Who is Dr. Inmonstein? Do you know the Dragon Ball fusion? Yes man the fusion!!!! So, do you want to merge with me?

If you were interviewed by HOLA magazine, would you marry without shoes? No, I'd pose in a leopard thong and a tie, you know I'm always smart casual.
