Real People: Another way of seeing, thinking and talking about real estate.

At Monapart, we've created "Gente Real" (Real People), the narrative under which we share our unique vision of the real estate profession: a fresh, unprejudiced perspective focused on mutual learning.

Real People: Another way of seeing, thinking and talking about real estate | Monapart

The real estate sector is often explained using the same old clichés. Grand promises, stock phrases, and get-rich-quick formulas that don't always connect with the daily reality of those of us who work in it.

From our beginnings in 2010, We are driven by nonconformity. We are looking for another way to be real estate agents, fleeing from «it's always been done this way» in search of «let's do it better.» What does the best customer experience look like? What tools do we equip our associate agents with so they can sell more and better? How do we build a real estate brand that is honest and, at the same time, profitable?

Monapart is a rara avis because we show that you can do business without losing the essence. Without boring. Without pretending or falling into cuteness. Without losing interest or losing freshness. We know that you can build a community of good agents (the #buenagente) where professionals grow, clients know and feel important, and where the #viviendasbonitas find their place.

An ecosystem for unconventional estate agents

Gente Real is the umbrella idea that encompasses this particular look at full colour. It's not just a message, it's an open conversation through different channels:

  • The monthly newsletter: Direct reflections to your inbox (or via LinkedIn) and which you can subscribe to via this link form.
  • The podcast Where we give a voice to the protagonists to talk about the sector's main challenges.
  • The magazinea section dedicated exclusively to in-depth analysis for the real estate professional.

Real estate is not black and white

Anyone working in this sector knows that no two operations are identical. Each home has its own context and each owner their own story. However, the discourse surrounding the sector very often simplifies this complexity.

Little is said about uncertainty, negotiations that go wrong, or difficult decisions. But this is the daily life of a real estate agent. To view real estate «in colour» means accepting that not everything is perfect and that the professional's value lies in knowing how to manage what isn't visible: interpreting contexts, reading people, and guiding them with judgment.

Listen, read and share: Whether you're pressing play on our podcast or diving into magazine articles, Gente Real is your go-to space.

Our gaze: asking ourselves the awkward questions

Looking at it differently means observing the profession from within, with respect and a critical spirit.

  • Why do we communicate the property sector as something alien to people?
  • Why is it so hard to talk about mistakes and real learnings?
  • Why reduce everything to quick promises when good property requires time and expertise?

Thinking differently also means professionalising

Thinking differently isn't about improvising; it's about understanding how the market is evolving and what an estate agent needs today to do their job well. In an environment where trust is the central asset, repeating old formulas no longer works.

We are committed to training, independent judgment and continuous improvement. But, above all, we are committed to sharing. Knowledge is not strengthened when it is kept, but when it circulates among professionals who are not afraid to show themselves as they are.

A necessary conversation about what it means to be an estate agent today

Gente Real is a space designed for estate agents who share these concerns. Professionals who know that true learning comes from questioning and a healthy degree of nonconformity.

We invite you to join us to talk about the real estate sector without pretences, through all our formats. Every second or third Thursday of the month, the conversation intensifies in your email and on LinkedIn, but the flame stays alive every week on our podcast and magazine.

Without any magic formulas. Just practical reflections, real experiences, and a desire to keep learning together.
