Monapart opens agency in Valencia

As there was no Monapart Valencia, someone had to invent it, so here it is.

Yes, we know, there are many agencies in Valencia. But you also know that they are not all the same. And just as a paella is not rice. with thingsMonapart Valencia is not just another agency, but your agency: different, close, sensitive, efficient, effective, transparent... and with that little touch of ours -is it the heat? - that makes the beautiful homes in this city different from those in other places. They are homes of the highest quality.

Monapart opens agency in Valencia

With a team of 7 people, 5 of them architects, led by founding partner and director Xavi Planells, Monapart Valencia is off to a strong start. Do you want to know a little about them? Here it goes:

Monapart opens agency in Valencia

Esther (@esthermorenoram) knows everything about the real estate sector, which she has been involved in for years. Fernando is passionate about spaces and always works, always. Sandra, not content with designing spaces on the outside, after graduating as an architect she studied interior design, so that she could also dress them on the inside. Gonzalo (@gonzalo_bonet) has just graduated and passed his PFC; there are few subjects he doesn't know about... Just ask him and you'll see. Pablo (@pablolorca_) loves spaces too, and if they are full of animals, so much the better. He will probably be the first estate agent in Valencia to drive around the streets in a beautiful 1962 Morris Mini. Roberto (@rvestudio) is an architect and town planner, and Valencia Norte will be his plaza. Got a nice home to sell there? He's your man. And Xavi (@xavi_planells) is the culprit behind the whole thing; he knows the real estate sector well, but he knows there's a long way to go and a lot of room for improvement, and that's why he wanted to bring Monapart to his hometown.

And now, let them tell you something important...

Be clear about this, Valencian men and women. In the same way that paella is not rice with thingsMonapart is not just another real estate agency.. So, if you have a nice property in Valencia and you need to sell or rent it, Monapart Valencia is from now on your real estate agency of choice. Contact them by phone (+34) 963 210 760 or email info.valencia@monapart.com.

Congratulations!

In the same way that a paella is not a rice dish, Monapart Valencia is not just another real estate agency.

Valencians, you are in luck, Monapart has just opened an agency in Valencia!

Malilla and the future to come in Valencia

01/05/2019 by Monapart

It has taken almost nine years since the design by landscape designer Kathryn Gustafson was chosen to see the Central Park that aims to link the neighbourhoods of Ruzafa (the coolest in Valencia), Arrancapins, La Raiosa, Malilla and La Creu Coberta in Valencia become a reality. Last January, part of one of the most important and far-reaching urban planning operations (perhaps the largest since the construction of the City of Arts and Sciences, back in 1998) for the city of the Turia in the last decade opened its doors. According to the parties involved in the development of this macro-project, the design of the Central Park responds to typical Valencian landscape typologies such as the orchard and the sea. It seems simpler than it really is: more than 60 species of trees have been used, and it is planned that once it is finished, 1,000 trees and more than 86,000 bushes will surround the Demetrio Ribes warehouses and the surrounding esplanades of this new green area in the centre of Valencia.
