She started in the consulting firm EY (Ernst & Young), specialising in hotel and real estate, until 1996, when she took over the Deputy Directorate General of Barcelona Meeting Point (BMP)the most important real estate exhibition in Spain.
For almost two decades it led its international expansion, organising trade fairs and congresses in cities such as Warsaw, Bucharest, Buenos Aires and Moscow, and consolidating Barcelona as a benchmark in the global real estate market.
After that, he made the leap to executive management and entrepreneurship. Currently, he combines his role as Director of the Cador Group in Cataloniaa construction company focused on innovative projects, with the co-foundation of Belver&Coa consultancy specialising in communication, marketing and corporate social responsibility (CSR), with a strong focus on ESG criteria.
"Female talent is essential to transform the sector.

Belver has also given shape to his journalistic vocation with the creation of the radio programme "Lideratges".broadcast weekly on Onda Cero Catalunya since 2020. The space, born in the middle of the pandemic, has become an essential loudspeaker to give visibility to women managers, entrepreneurs and professionals who share challenges and learning.
"Lideratges" received already in its first season the Quality Mention at the Ràdio Associació de Catalunya 2021 AwardsThe project is a recognition of their contribution to inclusion and gender mainstreaming.

WIRES: empowering and transforming networks

Ariadna's commitment to gender equality is reflected in her role as a vice-president of WIRES (Women in Real Estate Spain)the first association made up entirely of women in the real estate sector. With more than 450 members, WIRES has managed to position itself as a benchmark in the promotion of female leadership.
Its initiatives include WIRES ImpulsaThe programme includes a mentoring programme to accompany women in their professional development, as well as working breakfasts, discussion forums and participation in international trade fairs.
"My training as an economist helped me to understand the issues in depth, and my work as a journalist pushed me to explain them in a way that was easy for everyone to understand.
Reflections on the role of women in the sector
Ariadna recalls that when she started in the 1990s, the real estate sector was perceived as an "opaque, unprofessionalised and disreputable" environment. Over time, the training, technology and professionalisation have transformed this scenario, although barriers such as the under-representation of women in management positions, the pay gap and difficulties in reconciling work and family life persist.
During the interview, she emphasised that moving towards equality requires decisive action plans: from real reconciliation measures to effective equality plans in companies.
Its final message is clear: "If I could, many can".. A direct invitation to the new generations to break glass ceilings and lead change.
"It was a path where I had to be very persevering and rely a lot on myself."

"Female talent is essential to transform the real estate industry. Together, with our way of seeing things and our collaborative leadership, we make a difference. If I could do it, many can.
Knowledge, leadership and social commitment define the career of Ariadna Belver, who in 2024 received the Joan Sardà Dexeus award from the Association of Economists for the best personal career in the dissemination of economics.
