A few days ago Eduard shared on his Instagram profile (@eduardsolea) a curious find and next to the photo he added the following reflection:
"In my opinion, you can't advertise something worth €639,000 like that. Even in a pound shop products are displayed better. I wonder who replies to an advert like that. In any case, the person who should be responding is the Town Hall with a fine for sticking a poster on a tree."
Eduard Solé, partner at Monapart, has shared a photo on Instagram featuring an example of how flats for sale should never be advertised.
