The electronic signature in the real estate sector. Monapart with Signaturit

Signaturit 2.0 is here to stay at Monapart. Discover how Signaturit forever changed the way we work with our customers.

At Monapart, if we sell y we rent The reason why we work differently is largely because we work differently from other agencies in the sector. Technology applied to production is in our DNA, and we are always up to date with all those tools that make us more efficient on a daily basis, as is the case of enabling electronic signatures in all our contracts with the consequent convenience for our clients.

We are early adopters by nature. We did so when the virtual tours and 360º images sounded like a distant martianade. y Floorfy jumped into the pool by offering them in Spain. And we immediately understood the potential and the usefulness of a start-up such as Signaturitborn in 2013, applied to a sector such as real estate, where contracts come and go and are our daily bread.

Seven years later, Juan Zamora y Javier MartínezThe co-founders of Signaturit deal with more than 1,800 customers in more than 40 countries. They claim that their main competitor, as of today, "it's still the role".. They have grown rapidly, but they do not lose sight of the bulk of their customers: "One of our main objectives is to provide SMEs with digital identification and certification tools that would otherwise only be available to large companies. However, we also work with very important corporations in the insurance (AXA, Aegon), financial (BBVA, Bankinter) and legal (Cuatrecasas, RCD) sectors.

The number of new companies using Signaturit's services increased by 271% at the height of the alarm.

Benefits of electronic signatures in the real estate sector

Signaturit is an electronic signature solution for companies of all kinds. It is completely legally secure and is adapted for any digital platform, including mobile phones. The electronic signature is considered more secure than the traditional one (either handwritten and scanned or sent by fax). The system also generates an evidentiary document that records the email address (of both the receiver and the sender), the name of the document, the place and the exact time it was signed. Signaturit's services comply with European legislation - Regulation (EU) No. 910/2014 - and with the US eSIGN and UETA Acts.

Some may think it takes away from the glamour and officialdom, but having an e-signature service makes life soooo much easier, especially in the current circumstances with COVID-19. We no longer need to send contracts by post or courier to clients and have them print them out, sign them and send them back. Or that they have to physically come to the office to autograph them, in the midst of distancing, extraordinary hygienic measures and all the other social-preventers. We save costs and time; it gives us greater control of the process; and apart from the obvious savings in paper and all its implications for the environment, it significantly improves the customer's perception of the service obtained. COVID-19: the final push for e-signature adoption

The pandemic that has swept the world since the beginning of 2020 has meant that the vast majority of companies in the country, in technological limbo and far removed from teleworking trends, have adopted by leaps and bounds services that facilitate the "normal" (if there is such a term as we have always known it...) development of their operations in an era of confinements, capacity limitations, social distance and virtual meetings.

Signaturit provides two devastating figures to understand the new normality in the working environment: 80% of Spanish companies have opted for teleworking to prevent their business activity from suffering during COVID-19; and the number of new companies using Signaturit's services increased by 271% in the midst of the state of alarm.

For Juan Zamora, CEO of Signaturit, the current pandemic context does not change his company's mission: "Our core business has always been to provide trusted digital services remotely. In these difficult times, we are happy to be of vital importance to many sectors, especially because we are helping to ensure that no one has to travel and that companies can continue to do business from home..

At Monapart we will continue to work so that our customers can sell y rent their homes in complete safety, whether in the style of the old normality or the new normality. Or the ones to come. We are ready.
