Japanese ganivets Kai Pure Komachi

Following the same path of perfection and quality with which samurai swords were made centuries ago, Saijiro Endo founded, in 1908, a small ganivet factory in the Japanese city of Seki, known for more than 800 years as the "City of navels".

Tradition explains that in Seki's small workshops resides the Nokaji, a spirit that is used as a source of inspiration by the best craftsmen.

Diuen que aquests mestres treballen deixant-se el cor en cada cadacada dels ganivets i navalles that they produce and seeing the results of their work, we believe it.

This spirit, which has been in place for four generations, is also present in Kai and he is responsible for the fact that his ganivets are considered the best in the world.

It is impossible not to be impressed by the shape and colour of the ganivets collection. Pure Komachi 2 with which you can debone the chicken, carve the cheese, spread the butter, chop the vegetables, fillet the meat or the fish, peel the fruit... And what's more, you can show off a lot.

Currently, Kai produces more than 10.000 articles for the kitchen (knives, hooks, tisores...), all of them known for their functionality and unbeatable quality.

And in the constant search for perfection, the entire Kai production chain follows very strict quality controls that are based on respect and care for the environment.
