Real People: the podcast made by estate agents for estate agents

Created to think about the profession from within, with responsibility, rigor and freshness

Real People: the estate agents' podcast for estate agents | Monapart

At Monapart we have a lot to say about the real estate sector and, above all, a great desire to say it. We know the real estate sector inside out: we have been real estate agents, we have managed a boutique agency in Barcelona, we have grown nationwide with a franchise network and now we are a service platform for estate agents and agencies, so we know firsthand the issues, the challenges, and the joys of this profession.

We are restless and have a lot to say, which is why we were born Real People, a podcast designed exclusively for intrepid and non-conformist estate agents, eager to keep growing and to speak without filters about our day-to-day concerns. A space for reflection and connection that tackles subjects from a practical and down-to-earth perspective, told by those who experience them every single day: open-mindedly, honestly, directly and also entertainingly.

The anatomy of Real People: a three-act podcast

So that each episode is dynamic, useful and closely aligned with the reality of the profession, Real People it is structured in three fixed sections that approach the business from different angles:

🔑 Open doors: a specific topic, one expert

At Open Doors we invite an expert on a specific topic that underpins each episode, to shed light on a specific issue in the sector. These are not generic analyses, but rather in-depth analyses, with technical rigor and a critical perspective, of the matters that truly matter to real estate professionals. In our first chapters, we have featured guests such as Javier Burón, a housing policy expert and author of the book «The Housing Crisis» (Arpa, 2025) or Andrea Vilallonga, a positive impact communication expert, with whom we talk about the negative stigma attached to estate agents.

⚙️ Turnkey: actionable tools for day-to-day use

The real estate sector is changing at a rapid pace: new regulations, the emergence of artificial intelligence tools, constantly evolving marketing strategies, new ways of generating leads… Turnkey this is the section where we get our hands dirty and offer concrete advice, proven strategies and very practical reflections for agents to cope with all these current demands. Lead generation tools, negotiation techniques, diary management, digital tools and productivity... everything estate agents need to work better every day and remain competitive in an increasingly demanding market.

đź”” The doorway: when someone famous opens the doors of their home to us

La Portería is our gossipy section and the one that generates the most hype. In each episode we invite a well-known person or role model —like the designer Javier Mariscal The Greatest Showman Víctor Parrado— who opens the doors of their home and talks to us about their relationship with housing, space and their profession. The most personal and relaxed moment of the podcast, where the conversation flows differently and we discover other perspectives on how we live.

And now it's your turn, because if you want to suggest a topic or simply leave us a message, we have open a WhatsApp voicemail (+34 934 572 976) for you to tell us whatever you like.

Gente Real is available on all audio platforms. Find us and subscribe at Spotify, Apple Podcasts, iVoox and on the rest of the platforms where you listen to your usual podcasts.
