María José Corrales is a business leader with more than 30 years of experience and has been recognised on several occasions for her dedication and commitment to the sector, receiving various awards and recognitions over the years.
- In 2014 he received the AMPSI Professional Excellence Award (the largest Association of Professional Women in the Real Estate Sector in Europe, which we will present to you tomorrow with its president, Ana Luengo).
- In 2015 he received the MUM award for its commitment to the Asociación de Mujeres Unidas contra el Maltrato.
- In 2016 he received the Businesswoman of the Year Award for the Community of Madrid granted by the Association of Businesswomen of Madrid. (ASEME).
- In 2017, it was selected as one of the TOP 100 leading women in Spain in the category of businesswomen.
- In 2018, it was included in the list of the 100 leading women in Spain by the newspaper El País and the consultancy firm Mujeres y Cía.

María José Corrales is committed to the professionalisation of the real estate sector. She was one of the founders of AEGI in 1998, the first employers' association for the real estate brokerage sector in Spain, which she chaired from 2014 to 2016, and of FADEI (Federation of Associations of Real Estate Companies), with more than 5,000 associated companies.
He has given numerous courses on management and evaluation of sales teams and has been a speaker at numerous training activities and talks related to the world of real estate mediation.
Her activities in defence of gender equality and diversity in the business world, especially in the real estate sector, traditionally under male leadership, make her a leading voice and a point of reference for new generations of female entrepreneurs in Spain.
