Monapart: Un any al MÓN, Un any APART

It's been a year since we have been able to get together Monapart, a real estate company specialised by type of product that offers a true service of accompaniment and the time has come to take stock of this first year of life.

Once upon a time there was... An idea, like so many of the many that have been pollinating the heads of many. But the heads of many are not the head of Eduard, who dreamed of a better world, a world where nice and authentic things (houses) could easily reach nice and authentic people. And this idea conquered the heart and mind of José Luis, also a dreamer, convinced that things can only be done if they improve what is already there.

And they set about it, stretching and dragging out the idea for many months, without imagining that what started out as a part-time task would end up taking up their whole day, and weekends, and hours of sleep... And soon after, the idea reached Olga's heart and soul, dreaming day and night, and convinced that there are many more dreamers and that they have to find each other, because that will be GREAT.

Monapart was born in the middle of March 31st 2010 weighing a few grams of joy, some others of blind faith and a lot of illusion.

After 9 months (of course) of gestation and after answering hundreds of times the question: "Are you young?", Monapart was born in the middle of March 31, 2010, weighing a few grams of joy, a few grams of blind faith and a lot of illusion. We were born in the worst moment and in the worst sector, but that didn't stop us, and in 2 months we were able to sign our first sale.

There Monapart was already showing signs, because it was a listed flat designed by the architect Josep Lluís Sert on Carrer Muntaner, sold by Diana, who didn't want to sell at first, and bought by Oriol, who was just looking... It was love at first sight. And since then we have witnessed other loves, such as that of Sandra, Victor, Santi, Chisco, Ruth, Paul and Mirelle, Glòria, Piergiorgio, Carmen, Andreu, Oriol and Berta, Fabrizio, Javier, Roc and Dafne, Marieke, Núria, Marta, Nicole... And just now that of Ana and Sònia. Life happens happily if you have love in everything you do.

And, yes, we are a bunch of fools, and we have a lot to do, a lot to re-invent, a lot to listen to, a lot to say. We don't like where we come from, and we are very clear about where we are and where we want to get to.
