Monapart wins Fotocasa Pro 2022 Award for best business strategy
At Monapart we have been recognised with the award for the best business strategy for our 'Comunidad buenagente' project.
In the framework of the Fotocasa Pro Conferenceheld on Wednesday 19 October at the Teatro Eslava in Madrid, the real estate portal Fotocasa has presented the Fotocasa Pro Awards in the categories of transparency and information excellence, best business strategy, real estate innovation, real estate entrepreneurship, CSR, personal brand and track record.

The award, presented by Eduard AndreuFotocasa's commercial director, recognises this initiative with which we have successfully developed a change in the business model, based on community and technology with a differentiating approach.
We dedicate this award to all agents, who are the last metre of the industry and the emissaries of all that we are explaining.

Winners of the Fotocasa Pro Awards
In the category of real estate innovationthe winner was Secure Renting for its initiative 'Implementation of predictive risk analysis'.
For its part, the real estate entrepreneurship award has been for the virtual legal advisor Mike. The reason for the recognition was the development of the 'Just Mike It' legal assistant, which presents essential information for industry professionals and individuals.
The CSR award was awarded to the Gómez-Pintado Foundation for its dedication to the training of women in construction through Via Agora, a pioneering initiative that has succeeded in empowering women in the sector.
Real estate coach and trainer Rocío González Gasque has been awarded in the category of personal branding for the creation of the multi-platform tool 'Let's talk about', which aims to inspire and enhance the personal and professional growth of agents.
Inma Beneditojournalist from Business Insider specialising in real estate, has been awarded in the category of transparency and excellence in reporting for its proposal "Bubble 'light': why the new housing boom will be different from the 2008 crash".
Lastly, José Merino, General Manager of Fotocasa, presented the prize for the best professional career to Jesús Gil Marín and Manuel Marrón, founders of the real estate company Gilmar.
This recognition encourages us to continue to commit to a different way of doing things in the real estate sector: more human, more innovative and more focused on the community.
