In this talk published in Fotocasa's blog, Eduard talked about how we help agents and small agencies to grow, but above all, to work with more passion for what they do.

An idea that we fully share at Monapart, because we believe that when an agent loves their job, strives to learn every day and puts all their love into what they do, the way people see estate agents changes completely and the service becomes something really special.

During the interview, Eduard explains how Monapart was born in Barcelona in 2010at a very difficult time for the sector, when many agencies had to close. Three people with a desire to change things, from worlds as different as publishing, communication and architecture, decided to do things differently. They realised that those looking for a home wanted something more than just a house: they were looking for spaces with soul and a close, sincere and trustworthy treatment.

Since then, Monapart has grown a lot, but always keeping that essence. Today we are a platform that supports more than 100 independent agents and agencies in 15 cities in Spain. Eduard shares how we have learned and evolved to offer the good professionals in the sector (at Monapart we call them the 1TP5GoodAgent) the tools and support they need to make their work easier and more rewarding.

Another point that stands out is the fundamental role of the Monapart marketing teamThe social media platform, tasked with helping agents give visibility to their work and showcase what makes them unique. Through social media and other communication channels, they can connect with more people and grow their business in an authentic and personal way.
