The (unwritten) rules of collaboration between real estate agents
On 6 June Rebeca Pérez published an article on the API.cat in which he reflected on the rules of collaboration that are taken for granted among the agencies that make up MLSs.
Our commitment to good practice has always been one of our objectives when we founded together with other agencies Up BarcelonaMLS specialising in the marketing of homes in the upper area of Barcelona, as well as in our day-to-day work, working side by side also with Immosomni. 5. BE HONEST. Transparent. Loyal. No "skipping" a colleague (you know what I mean).
6. BE GENEROUS. Cooperate. Empathise. Give to receive. Don't hide your best properties. Don't put up obstacles.
7. WORKING ON AN EXCLUSIVE BASIS. Basic.
8. MANAGING QUALITY DATA. Keep the information of the properties you share very up to date. And be truthful and transparent.
9. BE VERY PROFESSIONAL. Respect basic rules of courtesy. Be punctual. Be decisive. Be proactive. Be organised. Be assertive. Be responsible. Willingness to train continuously. To make an effort.
