Since October 2016, Monapart Alicante is carrying out a special campaign targeting members of the JubiCAM (the CAM's association of retired people) in which it offers the collective its real estate services and at special prices.
JubiCAM is an association that has been in existence for more than 25 years, initially made up of retirees and early retirees from the different entities that made up the Caja Mediterráneo (CAM), although today it also includes other retirees from financial companies or similar institutions. It currently has more than 1,200 members and its head office in Alicante, located at Avenida Dr. Gadea 7, is the main headquarters where numerous events (mostly of a cultural nature) are organised in its assembly hall, meeting rooms and library.

As part of this campaign and to answer these and other questions, on 5 April, in the CAMON space, located in Avenida Dr. de Ramón y Cajal 5, Monapart Alicante offered, together with the law firm specialising in tax law Sánchez Butrón Lawyersan informative talk under the title Legal and fiscal aspects in the sale and rental of housing (special features for the over 65s).
