List Globally: 131 portals in 69 countries

Last May, the Monapart network of agencies started to publish all the properties it has for sale on more than 131 portals in 69 countries thanks to the contracting of the Monapart service. List Globally offered by Fotocasa to all agencies operating in Spain. 

This collaboration will further increase the exposure of all homes for sale at Monapart, which was already covered since 2014 thanks to the partnership with Active Coast.

The reason is very simple: since we started operating in 2010, the number of foreign buyers has been increasing to the point where they represent 40% of the Barcelona office's sales transactions and just under 20% as an average for the entire network.

This being the case, it seemed necessary to be able to offer our clients - homeowners - all available channels to help them sell their homes at the best possible price and in a timely manner, exposing their homes to the world and reaching more than 321 million potential buyers.

Given the increase in foreign demand, the Monapart network of agencies has begun to publish all the properties it has for sale on more than 131 portals in 69 countries thanks to the List Globally service offered by Fotocasa, thus exposing our portfolio of properties to a market of 321 million potential buyers.
