Caffè fiore
With the arrival of spring and the good weather we all run for flowers - we want spring to come into our homes too! And we surround ourselves with colours, good vibes and an abundance of flowers in the form of daisies, petunias, tulips, hydrangeas, peonies...

We look at hundreds of pictures of vases and flower arrangements on Pinterest, but no matter how hard we try, the end result is not always what we wanted.
That's why we love proposals like this one from the Caffè FioreThe new floral arrangements are designed to help you get the most out of your homemade floral arrangements with simple tricks that will amaze your friends and family.

Von Strüdelspecialised in ephemeral floral decoration and assembliestogether with the multi-purpose space Meeatings23, organised this gastronomy and floral decoration course on 11 May, and with the help of Pepe Von Strüdel, we discovered how to prepare a dessert with gelatine and edible flowers.

Pansies, borage flowers, Chinese carnations and Maresme roses were some of the ingredients we used.

But that wasn't all, because while we let the gelatine set in the moulds, we also learned how to create a floral centrepiece by reusing porcelain tea cups (Remember how many things you can do with old teacups?) and old kitchen utensils.

A very cool, bucolic workshop with a style similar to that of the film. Marie Antoinette by Sofia Coppola. Très jolie.
