Basic home automation: a beautiful, connected and efficient house
This is a winning combination and very Monapart: beautiful homes + technology. Boom!
The Internet of Things applied to the home connects technology with the most everyday actions of our daily lives, improving our efficiency and our ability to save money, among other things.
The future is no longer the stuff of Isaac Asimov. Domotics (from the Latin domusThe democratisation of these systems means that our "old" flat can also benefit from all those small actions that make our routine easier and lead to considerable savings. One word that would well define the capability of home automation is control. Our inseparable smartphone also allows us to zoom in and keep an eye on our home, wherever we are. A veritable hyper-vitaminised remote control that connects us to the alarm, lets us see if there's an uninvited guest in the living room, or turn on the air conditioning half an hour before we get home from work, among many other things. And it is not necessary to hire the security systems that are often sold to us on television. With a few basic notions, we can install our own Internet-connected alarm system that we can configure and manage via our mobile phone, without having to pay monthly service fees.

LOW-COST, HIGH-SAVING INNOVATION
Ikea has decided to jump on the bandwagon and start its foray into home automation with a smart LED lighting kit at a much lower price than the big brands in the sector, such as Philips, to which we are accustomed. This system, connected to the router, creates a private network of light bulbs that allows you to switch them on and off from your mobile phone. It's nightfall, you're out of the house and you want to make it look like there's life inside, even if it's empty. No problem, you can turn them on remotely from your phone... or turn them off if you forgot to do so. Efficient use of utilities is always synonymous with savings.

THEY ARE NOT AIR FRESHENERS, THEY ARE PERSONAL ASSISTANTS
The latest craze in home automation and ultra-connectivity between our home and our devices are personal assistants, such as the ones from Amazon o Google (not yet available in Spain). At first glance they look like minimalist air fresheners, but they do much more than that. Always attentive, they offer us answers to all our questions in a human way and by voice: whether you want to know who was the 17th president of the United States or if you want to lower the blinds or the temperature of the smart thermostat in your home. We can operate our security, lighting and climate control systems without leaving the sofa, simply by talking.

ADDED VALUE FOR YOUR HOME
Thinking of selling that nice house, full of gadgets and comforts? If so, you can always count on Monapart to find the lucky buyer and you will know that all that extra technology will not have fallen on deaf ears. There are a lot of techies out there, and I'm sure that's a very good point to tip the balance in favour of your home. We're all looking to feel comfortable and secure in our homes, and if it's ready for that, it's definitely "ready to move in"... and to connect!
