The 'boutique' of houses sets up in the Penedès region | Monapart

It defines itself as a "boutique of flats". With offices in Tarragona, Barcelona, Girona, Alicante, Madrid, Palma de Mallorca and Valencia, Monapart real estate agency has opened in the Penedès. The partner is Roberto Rambaudi and the office is in Calafell.

Monapart has focused on the Penedès, understood as the Gran Penedès (Alt, Baix Penedès and Garraf), because this region between Barcelona and Tarragona meets what the customer is looking for in Monapart. "A quiet area with scenery and quality of life but with fast connections to the city".

Beyond who has settled in the area in recent years, forced to look for cheaper purchase and rental prices than those in Barcelona, "There are also more and more people who choose the Penedès for its characteristics to live all year round".

Monapart has in its portfolio  "Beautiful homes. With the charm of those who are looking for something more".. Rambaudi explains that Monapart does not have an infinite stock of flats and houses. In fact, neither does it have agencies on the street. He estimates that the portfolio could be 300 products. "Each agency handles about twenty of them because we are looking for detailed attention.

Monapart was born a decade ago in Barcelona and has expanded rapidly with the concept of offering 'beautiful homes'. "There is a choice of product".explains Rambaudi."It is not a question of price. It's about offering the home you think you want to live in. And the Penedès has been in demand for some years now because of its proximity to Barcelona".

Real estate agency expands into coveted year-round living territory

"There is a Penedès brand".says the Monapart partner. "Landscape, tranquillity, gastronomy and good communications".. If for decades it was associated with second homes, today it is a year-round destination. Limiting the number of dwellings allows a wide rotation. From a flat next to the beach in Calafell in a building dating from 1967 but which has not been touched and is in a vintage style, to a wooden house in the Boscos urbanisation in Banyeres del Penedès.
