Sexy Dwellings: Monapart Barcelona

Anna Codorniu, author of the blog Drimvic, a logbook from which she shares beautiful things (projects, shops, places, exhibitions, phrases...), publishes a post about Monapart in which he talks about our beautiful homes.

Just after returning from holidays, when you leave your flip-flops and beach shoes behind to get back to your routine, Anna Codorniu, author of the blog DrimvicA logbook from which she shares beautiful things (projects, shops, places, exhibitions, phrases...). We loved her blog and knowing that she wanted to talk about us, but we liked even more the post she published last week about Monapart. Thank you very much Anna for your nice words!

Sexy Dwellings: Monapart Barcelona | Monapart

(...) I have wanted to change my flat for a long time and in the last few months I have looked at several pages to find a new one and the truth is that, when I start to look at the photos, I don't want to. I can't understand why a private individual or a company that manages flats doesn't put more care and attention to the photos and descriptions. The truth is that here, at home, I always avoid it whenever I can and I try to let Ricard take care of this part of the search and me of the visits because I get in a bad mood every time I start to look.

Noe commented that in other countries much more attention is paid to this aspect, and I was empathising with her and nodding my head as I read it when I remembered that in Barcelona there is at least one agency that not only saves the day, but also passes with flying colours, in my opinion.

It is Monapartan agency based in Barcelona, but with offices also in Palma de Mallorca and Alicante.

Beautiful flats, beautiful flats in which you would want to move in immediately. But not only that; flats accompanied by stories, curiosities and feelings.

I discovered them by pure chance, because their business card caught my eye in a shop (and as I have Diogenes with beautiful things...). I went to their website and I loved it: beautiful flats, beautiful flats in which you would want to move in at the moment. But not only that; stories, curiosities and sentiments. and, to top it all off, instead of searching by criteria such as price, district, number of rooms... (which is also possible), you can filter it according to emotion: What are you looking for, a flat for bohemians? For alternatives? For hermits or great hosts? What do you think? 🙂

(...) It is these projects, those that show passion, a strong conviction and coherence with what we do, that make me smile and reaffirm that, by putting love and care into our work, together we can make the world a much more beautiful place. Meeting you has been a pleasure, Monapart. Thank you very much for creating such a beautiful project, in line with your way of understanding what a real estate agency should be; I wish you much success 🙂
