O.S.- The sector's traditional focus on sales has been to the detriment of the agent-client relationship: they both want the same thing: to sell a house, but agent and client do so with very different emotions. The former only wants to close the deal, the latter is full of doubts, emotions...
Our focus is on the client, and we understand that as agents, know-how is presupposed, so excellence in service will be determined by our ability to empathise with the client and to be at the height of the vital decision that a change of home implies. [...]
