No one sleeping on the street
Monapart collaborate with Arrels Fundació on its ‘No One Sleeping on the Street’ campaign, with the aim of raising awareness among the public and politicians of the need to ensure that homeless people can have a decent place to live.
In Barcelona there are more than 3,000 homeless people. To combat this reality, Arrels Foundation work with the campaign Nobody Sleeping on the Street, with the aim of raising awareness among the public and politicians of the need to ensure that homeless people can have a decent place to live.
To understand the issue, Monapart has relied on the testimony of Josep Reverter, a Barcelonian born in the Barceloneta neighbourhood who, as a result of an eviction, ended up on the streets for two and a half years. Josep's story and his connection with Arrels illustrate a reality that is, unfortunately, far too close to home and one that must be fought with all the means at our disposal.
That is why Monapart Barcelona is supporting the Arrels campaign by donating 0.7% of the revenue generated from property sales.
