This curious venue is many things… Apart from being one of the first to offer exclusively arthouse and independent cinema in DVD format, its musical selection, curated by Dani Vega, guitarist of Mishima, is remarkable. And now, recently, with the Rewind club for friends and members, you will also be able to enjoy a space to savour drinks and gin and tonics courtesy of Bar S7t Barcelona All department about cinema or watching the Wednesday screening.
The concert of Wilco day 2 in the Palau de la Música Catalana, or the one of The Drums, on the 16th at Razzmatazz Club. Without stopping the music, our special playlist of the month.
And if you're one of those who only talks the talk when it comes to sports, the 23rd fantasy and horror film marathon at the Cotxeres de Sants from 14 to 19 November, it will satisfy your long-distance runner's cravings while eating popcorn surrounded by geeky fanatics of amateur and cult horror cinema. A wild, unpretentious event for enjoying cinema in an unorthodox way, where laughter, screams, and general banter are the norm.
And to finish, a showstopper. Well, maybe not quite... We're talking about our recently published MONAPART VERMOUTH GUIDE, a defence of this tradition – both familial and rogue, modest in quantity and monumental in pleasure. We suggest a route through a host of bars and taverns, traditional, characterful places that exude the scent of anchovies from every wall, with crumpled paper napkins on the floor, fruit machines, pensioners playing dominoes while arguing about football as they drink a glass of wine (the men) or a Bitter Kas (the women). The closest thing to paradise at weekends...
