Thanks to a clear example of serendipity (you know, what happens when you discover something when you were actually looking for something else), on 20 April last, the Monapart Albacetethe eleventh real estate agency in the Monapart network and the first one located at street level.

Early November. I was looking for accommodation in Madrid to spend the long weekend of the Constitution, one thing leads to another and I end up reading an article debunking some of the myths about the huge benefits of hosting on AirBNB. It catches my attention that the article is on a real estate website. After 12 years selling homes, this is not just another topic, it is my topic. I investigate the portal and discover Monapart, the estate agency network that is doing most to modernise the sector (and at the same time, to recover the lost prestige of this beautiful profession that consists of helping people to find the most suitable home for them in which they will laugh, cry, enjoy, dream, be moved... live! for the next few years or, perhaps, for the rest of their lives).
