THE ART OF ESCAPE | 05.09.2012 | Carla Jo

I confess... I love looking at flats, sometimes I even look for flats just for the sake of looking. I like to visualise spaces, think about how I would decorate that corner, what colour to paint that worn-out wall or how I would change the layout of that flat that has a room that is too small and a dining room that is too big...
Thanks to Caos Magazine I came across Monapart, I went to their website and went so crazy that I didn't even realise they were a real estate agency. They talk about people and present interviews, they tell you about activities that take place in Barcelona or they propose you to go around the world from their posts about shops and places to visit in Barcelona. Oh, and don't forget their vermouth route, also available on foursquare, a very 2.0 website!
Then you start to investigate about their product, about what their work really is, and then you lose your mind. Modern flats, big flats, small flats, bohemian flats, flats for families, flats to share, offices... all kinds of properties in Barcelona, with well treated spaces, with a great style and differentiated between "A2, Authentic and Amazing" and "A3, Authentic, Amazing and Affordable" depending on the quality-price ratio.

In addition to the basic information, they tell impressions, stories of the place and some details that make the space come to life in a special way. I'm personally in love with one of their flats in the Gòtic...
Now they present Monapart Living, a place where they will also offer us something to fill those wonderful spaces they propose... come on, this is the company where many of us would like to work to see if we can get something out of so many beautiful things!
Carla Jo aka Karura, blogger and author of the blog El Arte de la Fuga, has written a post about Monapart in which she talks about our company, our website and our beautiful homes.
