Monapart Barcelona, new member of MLS Activat

At Monapart Barcelona we continue to expand our collaborations with other agencies. On this occasion we joined the MLS Activata real estate group with 115 associated agencies, most of them located in Barcelona and its metropolitan area.

The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) system allows agencies to share the exclusive marketing of a property without this entailing any extra cost for the owner, significantly increasing the exposure of the property and, therefore, the chances of success in the sale transaction. The service is centralised in a single agency, which facilitates the management of the selling party, but with the great advantage that all the agencies that form part of the association can offer that property to their buyer clients.

Being part of Activat allows Monapart Barcelona to substantially expand our product catalogue, as well as the potential demand, since we collect the demand of about 800 agents in the city, always integrated through the CRM.
