Incovi is a pioneering company offering services related to sustainable construction in the province of Girona. Specialised in the energetic rehabilitation of residential buildings, its objective is to facilitate access to efficient, sustainable and healthy housing, tailored to the end user. Its project located on Avinguda Jaume I in Girona, the first residential building in the city with energy certification A and carried out according to the principles of the Eco8 sustainable construction model, was awarded the users' prize in the Green Building & City Solutions awards 2016 to the category of buildings constructed in Spain.

Incovi is the evolution of the construction and development company project founded by the Coll family in 1975, which represents the fourth generation of the family business group. Josep Maria Coll, founding partner also of Monapart Gironais the president of the Guild of Building Developers and Constructors of Girona i el vicepresident de l'Catalan Association of Sustainable Construction. His passion for sustainable housing has made him a regular contributor to conferences and initiatives for the promotion of sustainable construction in the counties of Girona.

Incovi and Monapart are, therefore, twin companies where one has found in the other the ideal complement. 

Incovi is the evolution of the construction and development company founded by the Coll family in 1975.
