Many topics were covered in that course, but one of them was a practical class on photography, and to complete it, we went to this wooden house in Les Planes, which we had just added to our collection of Beautiful homes for sale.

It took us almost two years to sell this house, much longer than is usual at Monapart. Perhaps it was because we felt sad to part with it? Suddenly, during the summer of 2015, we started receiving calls from interested buyers and offers from our agency and from another agency as well. And when it seemed that the competing agency was going to stop the sale, Luc appeared, a quiet man with natural intelligence, who made everything so easy that the adventure could only end well.
