Carrer Regàs is a discreet street, one of those quiet, passing through streets that the savvy urbanite walks along, avoiding streets such as Via Augusta or Travessera de Gràcia, which are much noisier, much busier and much more indiscreet.
And it turns out that in a city like Barcelona, European leader in hotels by the hour, I can't imagine a more appropriate street to host one like the Hotel Regás, the most whispered about in Upper Diagonal gossip for centuries to come.
