It has never happened to me before to have to write from emotion, in the absence of emotion towards the object of the writing. I have not been to the house, nor have I met the people who live in it, despite having exchanged three hundred and eighty-six words on the phone with her about two hours ago, while eating what sounded like lettuce and cherry tomatoes.
These are clients who are recommended to us by the client of a property on the same estate, and perhaps that is why we can put the two stories together and imagine the happiest of outcomes.
