This is one of those nice houses that we deal with in Monapart AlicanteYou would want to live in them as soon as you enter. High ceilings, woodwork with shutters, recovered hydraulic forming a carpet. The building itself is already fantastic, and as soon as you walk through the door, you magically imagine yourself living there. Making plans of where to put the sofa or the dining table and deciding whether to put a TV or not... (I personally don't think so). I love that living room without a TV, with a cosy sofa and a dim light in the evening that invites you to pick up a book and not put it down until nightfall. I can imagine having dinner with friends, and I'm sure we would open a good wine and chat while we finish preparing everything in the kitchen... And this kitchen open to the living room lends itself to that, to talk, cook and surely enjoy with friends and family.
