Call me strange, because I don't know if it happens to many people... But since I am an architect and I live in Mallorca, there are two things I can't take my eye off. Two types of constructions that although they respond to different times and dimensions, and are of opposite materials and construction systems, they share a common denominator: work.
Some are the isolated cottages made of sandstone where the farm equipment is stored; those minimal spaces that you constantly see (there are hundreds of them) every time you take a road trip. The others are the industrial estates with their prominent, dry-built warehouses, with their corrugated iron enclosures and their bar.
Bars... What a place. Every industrial estate has its own. And by all accounts, the food is usually pretty good.
