Look at it: how handsome, how tall, how elegant. It is a pleasure to see it, what well distributed spaces, what elegant finishes. Rustic-industrial: wood and cement. Don't tell me it's not enough to put it in a decoration magazine. And the size? Ideal: three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a kitchen that could be used as a set for a cooking show and a living room that would be a shame to open it for the first time. And the terrace? It makes you want to put a picnic tablecloth on the table and spend the day having freshly brewed coffee, toast, juice and fruit for breakfast.
The typical flat to leave guests with their mouths open. So young and so well prepared, it seems like only yesterday that we just renovated it.
