I was so excited about the photo shoot in this penthouse that I went straight to one of the coolest shops in the city, B Connected, a three-minute walk from the house. It was a visit I had been wanting to make since I heard they were opening another one in the Santa Catalina neighbourhood. The space, brutal! Industrial, sincere, with that decadent but well-kept touch. Then I went on to the market and stopped at one of my favourite restaurants: Monolisto. I ordered the fish of the day: fresh tuna and for dessert, homemade lemon pudding. Olé! A tribute to this wonderful house, cared for to the millimetre by its owner. He thought it and requeté thought it to keep his collection of vinyls, dvds and books. A real collector of little jewels, like his own house, a jewel in one of the best neighbourhoods and, on top of that, completely brand new.
