We leave the centre and in ten minutes we are in the middle of the Son Espanyolet neighbourhood, a real village in Palma. A radiant day awaits us and a Nordic-style house perfectly integrated into the neighbourhood, which reminds me a lot of the houses in Belgium where I lived for a while.
The house has three floors that look out onto a fantastic courtyard that is present as soon as you enter through the front door. You can tell that the owners love this house, as shown by the details, such as the sliding kitchen door, the polished terrazzo floor, the wooden beams that combine with the metal beams or the staircase that connects the three levels of the house with a blue iron tube railing chosen with great taste, and all this with the energy of a very personal and unique furniture for the enjoyment of the guests.
