This was one of Room's first renovations, an interesting and atypical construction company run by two brothers (she in management and he in construction), heirs to a long tradition in the sector.
I don't think you can see it in the photos, but you can see it when you are there: the precision and care of the finishes, the delicate interplay of some materials with others, the constructive audacity, the simplicity with which the access to the facilities is resolved.
To think that all construction could be like this when it almost never is... Maybe because we are the way we are and nobody is willing to pay what things and jobs are worth when they are well done.
