There are a multitude of words to refer to each type of housing: house, villa, flat, loft, studio, flat... But after seeing this space, we have to expand the vocabulary: "3-bedroom, 3-bathroom masterpiece in the centre of Madrid". Although it's not entirely accurate either, because it can be 2 bedrooms and a huge living room when needed. And the number of bathrooms also depends on how hard you look, or if you happen to browse the bookshelf at the entrance. So, for lack of a better description, we are left with two adjectives for this home: marvellous and unclassifiable.
