Monapart Barcelona on El matí a Ràdio 4

For seven weeks throughout the summer of 2015, you’ll be able to tune in for 15 minutes to Monapart Barcelona on the programme El Matí on RNE’s Ràdio 4, a segment where we’ll offer you property advice, scenes from films with a property theme, songs from the ’# Mortgages and Poetry’ playlist, and we’ll keep breaking # immomites one after the other.

The first time Monapart was on the radio, it was the month it was born (early May 2010), thanks to an interview by Llúcia Ramis (@lluciaramis) for the Lost Property section of the Extraradi programme on COM Ràdio. It took almost two and a half years to speak in front of the microphone again, in an interview by Xantal Llavina (@xantallavina) for the programme El Directe 4 on Ràdio 4 RNE.

On none of these occasions could we have imagined that during the summer of 2015, Monapart would have its own section on the programme El matí a Ràdio 4 (@elmatiaradio4), directed by Ramón Castelló and presented by Lorena del Amo (@lorena_amo) and Ana Martínez (@anamartinezmed).

Every Wednesday for seven weeks, from 22 July to 2 September, you’ll be able to listen for 15 minutes to José Luis Echeverría (@jl_echeverria), Olga Sala (@olgasala_) and Eduard Solé (@eduardsolea) in a groundbreaking segment, where they’ll offer you property advice, you’ll hear scenes from films with a property theme, songs from the ’#hipotecasypoesía’ playlist, and we’ll keep breaking the mould #immomites one after another...

• No agencies. Many people, when they have to sell their home, avoid estate agents. You will often have seen those signs where “NO AGENCIES” is written in bold and large letters, as if they were avoiding the plague. We can tell you that very often, after a few weeks, these private sellers see that it is not that simple, that there is paperwork that needs to be prepared, they do not know what they need or what price to put the flat on the market for... • Property managers. Who are they? What do they do? You want to put your flat up for rent, but you don't want to deal with anything. A boiler that doesn't work? Leaks?
