On the evening of 31 March 2010, in our living room, between boxes of pizzas and with our stomachs in a fist, we pressed the ON button at Monapart. It seems like ages ago... But it's only been 3 years! We are very happy to celebrate our third anniversary with you.

A lot of things have happened, haven't they, Monaparter? They called us crazy, founding a real estate company in the midst of the crisis in the sector? Monaparters? post-real estate? Our bet was different, optimistic, cheerful, fresh, and that puts people, you, at the centre of everything in such a decisive moment as the one in which you decide to change your home. All of this was the antipodes of the real estate sector The current system, very punished, grey and rooted in dynamics that are totally distant from the people and their needs. That is over. Another real estate world is possible. And better.

What is the best thing that could happen to us? Contagion. Good ideas spread and grow in other Monaparters that share our vision. So, as we announced a few weeks ago, the best gift for our third anniversary is to be able to open a new branch in Palma. Attentive Monaparters de l'illa de sa calma, here we go!
