No wonder Uta and Martin chose this spot to put down roots and settle here with their family 44 years ago. They found a corner of nature in which to build their paradise, isolated enough to feel free but strategically located for its proximity to the area's attractions.
The original house was renovated and extended to accommodate the family, but not only. Such an environment had to be shared, so a guest house was built. They offered the place dedication, effort, they intervened in it with planning and with the awareness of doing things well and prioritising quality, respect for nature and, above all, a lot of affection. The place, in return, offered them a landscape to observe, a rich and changing nature, a climate that tucked them in, an environment that allowed them to enjoy both the inside and the outside...
But life goes by and takes us through different stages. Now Uta and Martin are starting another one, in their home country, together with their loved ones. Leaving behind a footprint that will undoubtedly contribute to the happiness of the new family that will occupy this home marketed by Monapart GironaThe responsibility to preserve the affectionate treatment of the house and the respect for nature that they had... perhaps the bird in the fountain and the constant symbol of the tree of "Can Sastrich" are a reminder of this.
