If homes were valued for how nice the members of the community of neighbours are, some of them would be literally priceless. In this particular one, all the ones I know -and they are half of them- are, as my mother-in-law says, molt bé i molt tot.
Molt bé i molt tot (MBMT) must be the shit, because it is a lot (molt) in qualitative (bé) and quantitatively absolute (tot) terms. For my mother-in-law in particular it means that as well as being nice, you are rich, handsome, elegant, nice, Barça and a CiU voter, but that is her version of MBMT, which does not necessarily coincide with mine, possibly more inclusive, a bit more to the left and Espanyol.
