I meet the owner in the heart of the city to give me the keys to his house. He is a very elegant man who smells wonderful. His delicious aroma accompanies me all the way and, crossing the city, I arrive anaesthetised at his home in the Les Corts neighbourhood.
As I enter, I am once again intoxicated by his perfume, a sweet mixture of figs and copaiba that instantly transports me to an exotic place. I take photos of him dancing around the house, following the penetrating light and imagining him enjoying his home, sitting on the chaise longue like an oriental maraja in his particular urban harem.
Two crows watch me from the top of a bookshelf, guardians of the house, they are my confidants. Is this paradise? -I ask them. They don't answer me, wary of my presence, preferring to keep the secrets that such a luxurious dwelling treasures.
