Nieves looks like things that are other - all good things always - as happens to Chamber\u00ed and Salamanca, which are two districts with Madrid stature, but <\/em>the most French in Madrid; with the best homes in the city, but <\/em>with a growing presence of professional law firms and investment boutiques; planned by and for Madrid's bourgeoisie and aristocracy, but <\/em>now coveted by the rich halfway around the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
