Its founding partner and director, Josep Maria Coll, is an architect with a master's degree in real estate studies. His passion for sustainable, efficient and tailor-made housing is in his blood, and he has dedicated a long professional career to it from his own company Incovi, and now also from Monapart Girona. Cristina Zurutúzar studied business and administration and knows all the ins and outs of the real estate sector, to which she has dedicated more than 20 years of her career. And Míriam Vidal, who has a degree in architecture from the ETSAB and a postgraduate degree in architecture and sustainability, has spent much of her professional career fulfilling commissions in the residential sector for private clients. So she knows how to listen, understand, respond to and meet people's expectations, which are very high when it comes to their life scenario. She has done this for many years from her own architecture studio and now Monapart Girona is also fortunate to have her on board.

* (The most beautiful cities deserve a Monapart)

Today Monapart Girona is already a reality, and we can't imagine a better natural destination for its hidden treasures, the most beautiful and special houses that Girona hides.
