On this occasion we joined the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.mlsbarcelona.com\/asociados.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">MLS Activat<\/a>a real estate group with 115 associated agencies, most of them located in Barcelona and its metropolitan area.<\/h2>\n\n\n<div class='post-info'>22 June 2016 by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.monapart.com\/magazine\/en\/autor\/monapart\">Monapart<\/a><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MLS (Multiple Listing Service) system allows agencies to share the exclusive marketing of a property without this entailing any extra cost for the owner, significantly increasing the exposure of the property and, therefore, the chances of success in the sale transaction.
