N\u00f3voa (@claunovoa) published in the magazine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emprendedores.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Entrepreneurs<\/a>the article&nbsp;<em>In order not to build - again<\/em><em>-<\/em><em> the house through the roof&nbsp;<\/em>where he analysed the <strong>revival of the real estate sector, <\/strong>with contributions from various professionals in the sector. In the following excerpt we transcribe the point of view that Jos\u00e9 Luis Echeverr\u00eda, founding partner of Monapart, offered in reference to the knowledge gained from the recent economic and real estate crisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>History repeats itself.<\/strong> \"In my opinion, nobody has taken good note of anything and all the mistakes will happen again\". Jose Luis Echeverr\u00eda, founding partner of Monapart, distances himself from the general trend, with a stark reading.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>No one has taken good note of anything and all mistakes will be repeated.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\"It is unlikely that many of those who made mistakes and closed down due to lack of preparation have spent these years training and learning from their mistakes. On the other hand, and this is what we are seeing, the recovery brings with it new entrants, many inexperienced, looking for easy business\".
