Perhaps your grandmother had a strange bird-shaped figurine on her bedside table... And all of them manufactured, decorated and finished by hand from exclusive moulds.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.monapart.com\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/scale_960x960_\/public\/mediabrowser\/sargadelos-vajilla-burela.jpg?itok=A1b2RMwh\" alt=\"Sargadelos | Monapart \" style=\"width:718px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.monapart.com\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/scale_960x960_\/public\/mediabrowser\/sargadelos-tazas-ceramica.jpg?itok=0Q1mIpVl\" alt=\"Sargadelos | Monapart \" style=\"width:717px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.monapart.com\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/scale_960x960_\/public\/mediabrowser\/sargadelos-jarrones-ceramica.jpg?itok=CaLJOD3w\" alt=\"Sargadelos | Monapart \" style=\"width:722px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The culprit: <strong>Antonio Raimundo Ib\u00e1\u00f1ez<\/strong>the time: 1806; the place: an earthenware factory in the parish of Cervo (Lugo); the idea: to turn Galician clays into innovative decorated earthenware.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.monapart.com\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/scale_960x960_\/public\/mediabrowser\/sargadelos-antigua-fundicion_0.jpg?itok=Pdm_j7dH\" alt=\"Sargadelos | Monapart \" style=\"width:729px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>From the same blast furnaces that produced ammunition, pipes, chains, kitchen utensils and other tools used in 18th century Spain, came beautiful sculptures, public fountains and decorative balusters that can still be seen today in some Galician cities.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.monapart.com\/sites\/default\/files\/styles\/scale_960x960_\/public\/mediabrowser\/sargadelos-fabrica.jpeg?itok=iKGnPcb4\" alt=\"Sargadelos | Monapart \" style=\"width:737px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Sargadelos has 15 galleries all over the peninsula, museum-shops where you can go either to give another bird to your grandmother, another vase to your parents, take a walk and be amazed, or to give yourself the first piece of what is going to be your new crockery (yes, crockery in pieces!).
