What do the new domesticity and the movement have in common? do it yourself<\/a> and the new look on the domestic universe that proposes Monapart<\/a>? So many, many things.<\/h2>\n\n\n

Fa un parell de setmanes vaig llegir a La Vanguardia<\/em><\/strong> a column of the Joana Bonet<\/strong> on the nova domesticitat<\/strong>defined as a movement \"free of gender biases that considers the arts & crafts<\/em> as a metaphor for social networks and the home as a dynamic concept\". The llar as a dynamic concept<\/strong>... This first idea accompanied me all the way home and has not left me since then. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

MONAPART has a lot to do with this obsession. How else can we understand the world if not in a dynamic way? One changes every day, every minute, with every experience. How can this not be reflected in one's most intimate environment? At home you have what you like most<\/strong>memories that you hold dear, objects that accompany you, secrets in your coffers or printed in diaries, photographs, all impregnated with your scent, your colours...\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Who hasn't gone to a friend's house for the first time and discovered unexpected things about that person? Or when you go to a friend's house and it's as if you were going to your friends' house? Suddenly you see traces of that hair on their faces, in their gestures, and then you understand everything. The house does not deceive... <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As for the movement DIY<\/strong> (do it yourself<\/strong>)<\/em>The new paradigm has a lot to do with containment, with recollection, with recovering and renewing the inner look and enjoying oneself and one's own home in a very primitive and authentic way. The famous back to basics<\/em><\/strong>. Darrerament se'n parla molt del handmade<\/em><\/strong>I have even seen men doing half and half and ganxet! Fashion and its effervescent passions also talk about all this, but at the very moment of doing so, their discourse is already dead. We go further, we talk about a new look on the'.univers dom\u00e8stic<\/strong> When you feel this new authenticity, there is no turning back. We will soon be a month old, and a small community has already understood our tune, but we know a lot about it. We just have to keep on playing...<\/p>\n\n\n
